22 Khz, mono!?
En ADPCM?
Dat is al low bitrate genoeg in deze tijd?
Minder dan een *kwart* van de CD-rate van 172 Kbyte/s schat ik zo.

PS: Adaptive DPCM (ADPCM) is a variant of DPCM (differential pulse-code 
modulation) that varies the size of the quantization step, to allow 
further reduction of the required bandwidth for a given signal-to-noise 
ratio.
