Zoals David al opmerkte, het zit standaard in Apache.
Een veelgebruikte combinatie is Apache WebDav + Subversion.
Hiermee krijg je dus automatisch versie beheer op je webdav share.

In de subversion handleiding staat ook goede uitleg over hoe je Apache moet 
instellen  (
