[linux] crontab probleem

hoi,
ik heb een probleem met crontab op Kubuntu 10.04.

De crontab (root) regel is:
01 01 * * *  /usr/lib/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -config=localhost -update 
 >/dev/null
om elke dag om 01:01 de taak uit te voeren.

Maar in syslog staat om elke tien minuten:

Aug 11 23:00:01 breslau CRON[4914]: (www-data) CMD ([ -x 
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -a -f /etc/awstats/awstats.conf -a -r 
/var/log/apache2/access.log ] && /usr/lib/cgi-bin/awstats.pl 
-config=awstats -update >/dev/null)


maar er is niets gebeurd in de awstats database.

Als ik hetzelfde commando vanaf de commandline doe, doet hij het wel. 
Het valt me op dat in de syslogregel "-config=awstats" staat i.pl.v. 
'-config=localhost' zoals in de crontab.

Kan iemand hier licht over laten schijnen?
