Oh dat. Dat zijn speciale folders die je in de file explorer van windows
7 kunt zien onder Desktop. Standaard staan daar Documents, Music,
Pictures en Videos in maar je kunt er zelf mappen bijzetten en die
linken naar een willekeurige map.

Heeft niks met DLL's te maken.
