[linux] apt werkt niet meer, WTF?

Nee, het ligt toch anders. Maar hoe...
Op een laptop had ik gister een compleet nieuwe 17.10 gezet, en die 
heeft geen problemen. Maar de twee zesty installaties op mijn desktop 
hebben het probleem. Uiteraard doet de do-release-upgrade het ook niet.
