[linux] mappen dmesg meldingen naar fysieke drive

Ik vind in dmesg de volgende regels (zie onder). Er schijnt dus een 
probleem te zijn met ata4. Wat is ata4 in de reeks disks en volumes 
zoals gesignaleerd door 'fdisk -l' ?
