Uit 'man convertfs':

EXAMPLE
     convertfs /dev/hda2 ext2 reiserfs

Schijnbaar dus toch wel :) En volgens mij heb ik bovenstaande een aantal
jaren terug ook al eens geprobeerd...

Iemand bereid om het te proberen? :-P
