Dear Richard,

I have tried to test if your problem would reproduce on my german-made
Fritz!Box 7360. The [System -> Region und Sprache] menu entry has a tab
page [Sprache] where I was able to select the Englisch language from the
list and click on the [Übernehmen] button with my mouse, which
encouraged the modem to reboot itself, whereafter the web user interface
addressed me in English. After updating to the latest version of
Fritz!OS is rebooted and still talked English. I was able to restore the
language setting back to the factory default of German, which prompted a
third reboot and the web interface is in German again.

De conclusie is dat mijn apparaat anders functioneert dan het uwe.
